good news is that I had a chance to put some work on the SkyTeam ST200 dirt bike a couple of days. the first time I try to start the engine it wouldn't start. I had a hard time trying to get her started and with no luck, so I slow things down and took a moment to figure what could be the problem with the no start issue. took a break for a day or so to collect my thought. once refresh got to work to check things over like Carburetor, CDI, Stator, check for good grounds. one of the problem was a bad ground.
This blog is to document my process in the tear down and the rebuild of my used 2006 Skyteam ST200 chinese dirt bike. This is my first dirt bike that I brought used on Craigslist in Rhode Island. I knew when I brought it it will need a total frame up rebuild to be off road ready. I was looking for a new project to get in to and the skyteam st200 was the one for the challenge to put my skills to work. to see if I can bring it back to it glory as it was when it left the factory new.
